I almost forgot the most important part. Ultrasound! This helps to increase blood flow and break down scar tissue. Sometimes PTs help each other out. Just make sure that if the new girl does it, she has the right settings. Hmmm... it's strange that my Rock Tape sruvived. That stuff is awesome.
